Customer Service Rep
Customer Support Representative – Fresno, CA
Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Length:
Temporary, 6‑month assignment

- Analyze data from customer claims and feedback, conduct root cause analysis to resolve mis‑shipments, damaged products, and product quality issues
- Manage customer needs with urgency and ensure timely execution of objectives and priorities
- Record and analyze metrics related to invoice corrections and order disputes, supporting prompt resolution of customer inquiries
- Facilitate sample orders from regional deployment centers
- Ensure claims are accurately closed and reimbursements processed within identified time frames
- Respond efficiently to internal and external customer correspondence via telephone, email, or formal written communication; escalating complex issues as needed
- Identify issues and present recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and compliance with quality, environmental and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in business‑to‑business customer service, supply chain logistics, administrative support, or retail sales with increasing responsibility
- Experience managing customer accounts (business to business)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Supply chain logistics experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (intermediate to advanced)
- Proficiency in an ERP system (SAP highly preferred)
- Develop clear written communications, procedures and work instructions
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Effective communication with a variety of audiences
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and adept at working in a fast‑paced environment
- Adhere to business casual dress code (GMP footwear required)
