Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide accurate information about products and services. Operate cash registers, process cash and credit card transactions. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to basic email inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary .
Able to support service team with parts when needed.
Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
