As client demand continues to grow, Soutas Financial is hiring a Financial Advisor to join our team in Fresno, CA and make a lasting impact for the people we serve.

Compensation:
Base Salary + Commissions (%) + Bonuses

As a Financial Advisor at Soutas Financial, you’ll be a trusted guide for clients navigating retirement income planning, investment strategy, and protection planning.

• Lead client planning meetings to uncover goals, concerns, and retirement priorities
• Build long-term relationships through clear communication and follow-through
• Design holistic strategies using a mix of planning solutions (retirement income, protection, legacy considerations, and more)
• Follow a consistent planning process to deliver a high-quality, repeatable client experience
• Make a real difference by helping clients move from uncertainty to confidence

• Active Life & Health Insurance License and Series 65 or 66
• Strong sales and closing skills with a track record of results
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with retirement-focused clients
• Coachable, growth-minded, and committed to continuous improvement
• Prior experience meeting with clients in a financial or retirement planning capacity is strongly preferred
