- Strong knowledge of Project Controls Analyst (PCA) roles and responsibilities
- Project scheduling, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Experience with SAP Project System, SAP Work Management System, MS Project, and P6 Maxavera
- Budgeting, financial tracking, and cost variance analysis
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills
- Knowledge of risk management and Earned Value Analysis
- Experience with Unifier, Project Wise, Heavy Bid (preferred)
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and forecasts
- Monitor project cost, financial progress, and budget performance
- Prepare monthly/weekly project reports and variance analysis
- Track project risks, milestones, and schedule updates
- Maintain project documentation in EDMS
- Support Project Managers with financial and scheduling analysis
- Provide performance reports and forecasting analysis for leadership
