A leading, high-profile hospitality group based in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a confidential search for a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in the hospitality sector.
About the Role:
As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and supporting the continued growth and innovation of the organization. This is a highly visible, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, requiring close collaboration with senior leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities and capital investments
- Ensure financial systems and controls are scalable and aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Deep expertise in the hospitality industry (restaurants, nightlife, hotels, or related sectors)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, capital structure, and operational finance
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
- CPA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred
Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA (Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate)
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, including performance-based incentives
