We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations, manage accounting staff, and support the CFO in key financial functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual GAAP-compliant financials, including sales tax reports, 1099s, income tax filings, and more.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and maintain internal controls.
• Deliver high-level financial analysis and insights for executive decision-making.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and systems.

• Collaborate with the CFO and department heads to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances and adjust projections based on actuals.

• Lead ERP-based cost allocation, product costing, and variance analysis.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize manufacturing cost processes.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage audits and maintain robust internal controls.

• Oversee AP/AR processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terms.
• Resolve vendor and client billing issues.

• Manage and mentor accounting staff to ensure strong performance and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance, including 5+ in management.
• Strong GAAP, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel/MS Office skills; strong financial analysis tools knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and high-volume workloads.
• Experience with cost centers, BOM, and variance analysis.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency required.
