A restaurant management firm located near Beverly Hills is looking for a CFO. In this hands-on role, the CFO will handle all accounting, finance, and financial reporting aspects of the company. Duties include enhancing policies and procedures, conducting strategic analysis, assessing operational efficiencies, financial/investment reporting, and managing capital fund distribution. The CFO will also oversee cash management analysis, tax reporting, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with the executive team, business partners, and auditors.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Extensive multi-unit restaurant industry experience required.
• Proven leadership and policy enhancement track record.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong ERP/MS Office skills (Word and Excel).
• Salary range: $230,000 - $260,000.
