You'll prepare individual and business returns, work directly with clients, and serve as a go-to resource for less experienced staff—without being pushed into a formal management track unless you want it.

• Prepare individual, partnership, and business tax returns ranging from straightforward to more complex
• Act as a primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and a high level of service
• Support and guide junior tax staff as questions arise
• Research tax issues and apply current federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with the team to keep workflows smooth and deadlines manageable

• Solid experience preparing individual and business tax returns
• Several years of hands-on tax work (CPA not required)
• Comfort assisting or reviewing work completed by others
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A steady, client-focused approach and clear communication style
• Interest in long-term growth within a supportive firm
