ZINC Financial is seeking an Account Executive with a strong mortgage industry background to drive loan origination for real estate investment projects. You will identify RE Investors or RE Brokers in need of financing, match projects to loan programs, and close loans.
You will develop relationships with brokers, borrowers, and investors, educate the market on ZINC’s product set, negotiate terms, and close Fix and Flip, New Construction, and Rental Property loans.
