Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel client meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and the use of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve their financial goals;
Perform branch operations which may include handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs in accordance with bank policies
