Core responsibilities for this position, include but are not limited to:
- Face to face and phone interaction with clients
- Educating plan participants regarding their company retirement benefits
- Working with the advisory team to fulfill client services tasks
- Working directly with Third Party Administrators and Record Keepers
- Data entry and form completion
- Meeting prep and report generation
- Assisting with firm projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Delightful personality with a warm demeanor
- Desire a career as an Investment Advisor and CFP® professional
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a strength in public speaking
- The ability to manage involved projects
- Technologically proficient including Microsoft Suite
- 3-5 years’ work experience in financial services

The applicant should expect to work full-time. Salary will depend on experience and education and may range between $60k and $75k/annually. Salary is negotiable for a more established advisor with an existing client base. Investment advisors are eligible for a further incentive compensation which will be further outlined during the interview process. Applicants should be prepared to undergo background, drug and credit screenings at the appropriate time.
