Job Overview

Calea Beauty is a full-service salon seeking an experienced and licensed Salon Manager to lead our team in Fresno, CA (93722). This is an employee position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in a salon environment and hold a valid California Cosmetology License. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
• Manage and support salon staff, including nail technicians, estheticians, makeup artists, and receptionists
• Monitor and ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction
• Maintain salon inventory, including ordering and restocking products and supplies
• Manage financials including payroll, deposits, and performance metrics
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations of salon team members
• Handle client concerns professionally and implement solutions
• Ensure salon compliance with California State Board regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with the Calea Beauty team to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and client retention strategies

• Active California Cosmetology License (required)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a salon environment (required)
• Proven leadership and management experience in a salon setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Proficiency with salon scheduling and POS software

• Experience managing multiple beauty services (nails, esthetics, makeup)
• Retail and inventory management experience
• Marketing, social media, or promotions experience
• Team-building and training experience

• $25–$40/hour based on experience
