Psychological Associate / Licensed Psychologist

General Description Of The Position: A Psychological Associate or Licensed Psychologist at Tatum Psychology Employment Group is dedicated to conducting comprehensive psychodiagnostics assessments that inform accurate diagnoses, individualized treatment planning, and coordinated patient care. The Psychological Associate/Licensed Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide clear and compassionate assessment feedback, and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Psychological Assessment & Evaluation:
  Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychodiagnostics assessments.
• Conduct intake assessments, risk assessments, and diagnostic interviews as needed.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Provide detailed, clinically sound reports that inform treatment planning and care coordination.
• Deliver assessment feedback in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner.
• Collaboration & Care Coordination:
  Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Professional Standards & Ethics:
  Adhere to ethical guidelines, testing standards, and best practices in the field.

• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• Follows and supports TPEG policies and procedures.
• Works collaboratively and cooperatively with internal and external partners.
• Represents TPEG, Inc., by embodying the mission, vision and values of the organization.
• Travels occasionally during the workday with compensation for mileage, food and lodging provided.
• Maintains regular attendance at work and company activities and demonstrates punctuality regarding deadlines.

• Expands and updates job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional learning.

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• EDUCATION:
  
  Completion of a Doctoral Degree (PhD/PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• LICENSURE:
  For Psychological Associates – Current Registration as a Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology. For Licensed Psychologists – Current California Psychologist license in good standing.
• RELATED
  
  EXPERIENCE:
  
  Experience conducting psychodiagnostics assessments in clinical settings.
• OTHER EXPERIENCE /
  
  SKILLS REQUIRED:
  
  One (1) year of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Additional requirements include experience working with culturally diverse individuals and communities, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with word processing and database/spreadsheet applications.

• Familiarity with a variety of cognitive, emotional, personality, and neuropsychological measures.
• Experience with forensic testing.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient communicator.

• Work settings vary from offices, program sites, and stakeholder locations.
• Travel modes can include the use of company or personal transportation.
