RH Community Builders seeks a CalAIM Program Coordinator to oversee and further implementation of CalAIM Programs. CalAIM provides suite of supportive services to individuals in the community who receive Medi‑Cal health insurance. Services include community based Navigation, Housing Tenancy, and Enhanced Care Management. Additionally, site based services include Sobering Centers and Post Short Term Hospitalization. RHCB seeks an ideal candidate who has excellent problem solving skills, ability to learn and change direction quickly, and fundamentally believes the services being provided can be a life or death matter.

Position

Summary

The CalAIM Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall implementation and ongoing operations of CalAIM services including Enhanced Case Management and Community Supports including Housing Tenancy Services and Housing Navigation Services. The CalAIM Program Coordinator is responsible for the direct management of unattached staff and coordinating the management of staff who are providing CalAIM services embedded within other programs. The CalAIM Program Coordinator is responsible for productivity management, budget compliance, and overall compliance with CalAIM standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the ECM Program Director per ECM guidelines
  • Monitor and manage program budgets appropriately
  • Manage staff productivity to ensure minimum billing standards are achieved monthly
  • Train and support staff in documentation and service delivery including CalAIM specific requirements, Trauma Informed Care, Housing First, and Harm Reduction
  • Present on programs in the community as requested
  • Execute a high level of proactive communication with Program Managers of embedded employees
  • Coordinate case reviews of all CalAIM clients, at least once per month, more frequently as needed.
  • Ensure monthly billing is submitted timely and accurately.
  • Ensure monthly reporting including staffing reports and other requested reports are submitted timely and accurately
  • Recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for hire or in collaboration with Program Managers for embedded positions
