Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
(LCSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (New Graduates Accepted) - Fresno, CA

Job Type: Part-Time (3 days/week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Shift: Days (Tuesday: 8am to 5pm, Wednesday: 8am to 5 pm and Thursday: 9am to 6pm)

Setting:
Medical Clinic / Outpatient Behavioral Health

Job Summary:

The LCSW provides initial evaluations, individual, group, couples, and family therapy while supporting patients through mental health challenges and connecting them with needed resources. This role includes behavioral health consultations for primary care providers and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy for adolescents through adults
  • Perform psychosocial assessments, solution-focused therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation
  • Coordinate care through referrals and community resources
  • Educate clients and families on coping strategies and wellness
  • Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records in the EHR
  • Participate in integrated care activities, including warm handoff protocols and referral processes
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members
Qualification, Licensure and

Experience:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active California LCSW license and valid CA Driver's License
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy (new grads welcome)
  • Experience in community health and bilingual skills (Spanish or Hmong) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical social work practices, community resources, and mental health regulations
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
