We’re looking for a Rev Ops Specialist to join our Marketing team and support the systems and processes that drive Parsec’s growth. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to maintain clean, accurate data in Hub Spot, streamline workflows, and turn information into insights that help our go-to-market teams move faster and smarter. This part‑time, in‑office role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thinking in systems, and finding efficiency in data and process.

• Manage and update records in Hub Spot, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support lead routing, segmentation, and campaign tracking within the CRM.
• Monitor data quality and identify issues or opportunities to improve system integrity.

• Maintain and refine dashboards to track marketing and sales performance.
• Pull and organize data for regular reporting on lead flow, pipeline, and campaign activity.
• Translate data trends into simple insights that inform team strategy and decision‑making.

• Document how marketing and sales data flows through Hub Spot.
• Proactively look for ways to make workflows, automations, and data processes more efficient.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining SOPs, process maps, and internal documentation.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth information sharing and clean lead handoffs.
• Communicate findings and updates clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset — you think in terms of systems and logic.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort working in spreadsheets and learning new software quickly.
• Experience working in Hub Spot is a plus!

• Interest in marketing, business operations, or data‑driven strategy.
• Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and fast‑paced work.
• Able to work in‑office in our Downtown Fresno office, approximately 20 hours per week.

The expected range of pay for this hourly, part‑time position is up to $30 per hour. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Our Hiring Manager can share more information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors during the hiring process.

Salary: $20 - $30 per hour
