Your impact

We are seeking a skilled Data Visualization Analyst / Business Process Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on creating visual representations of data, analyzing business processes, and providing insights to drive informed decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization techniques, and process improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Visualization
  • Analyze data using standard statistical tools, methods, and techniques.
  • Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand visualizations, including charts, graphs, maps, and interactive dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, applications, and analytical tools for data collection and analysis.
  • Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office suite for data visualization and reporting.
Process Improvement
  • Identify technical problems and develop solutions to support business objectives.
  • Analyze and improve business processes and practices.
  • Design simulations to test proposed process improvements.
  • Develop plans to integrate new processes with existing business operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and process improvement needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to various teams.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments including field operations, IT, accounting, and data support groups.
Reporting and Quality Assurance
  • Maintain documentation of visualizations’ underlying models/schema.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain standard work procedures for data use and visualization strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on advancements in data automation, analysis, AI, machine learning, and digital technologies.
  • Identify redundancies, automation opportunities, and process inefficiencies.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions for optimizing existing processes.
Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data/Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role involving data analysis and process improvement.
  • Advanced skills in data handling, integration, and report creation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire).
  • Experience with ETL processes and workflow automation (e.g., Databricks, Alteryx).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
