IT Support, Systems Administrator
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to serve as the backbone of our IT operations. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will act as both the primary system administrator and escalation point, supporting a dynamic environment across corporate and manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across platforms like Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPN, and endpoint security tools
Oversee identity lifecycle management (onboarding, transitions, and offboarding)
Act as the primary IT support contact, resolving Tier 1–2 issues efficiently and within SLA
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using structured diagnostic methods
Deploy and maintain workstations, mobile devices, printers, and plant-connected equipment
Manage network access (wired, wireless, VPN) across office and production environments
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking
Strengthen endpoint security through antivirus monitoring and email filtering
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system improvements and implementations
Support IT audits, compliance efforts, and process standardization initiatives
What Sets You Apart:
2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, user access management, and endpoint security
Experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., Sage 100 or similar) is highly desirable
Proven ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve technical issues independently
Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to documentation and process improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-environment setting (office + manufacturing)
CompTIA A+ (preferred) or equivalent hands-on expertise
