New Venture Advisor (Part-Time / Hourly) – LG Nova is seeking a part-time New Venture Advisor with deep expertise in agentic AI systems to support the creation and validation of new venture opportunities. The role focuses on AI agent architectures, multi-agent coordination protocols, and the emerging infrastructure layer enabling autonomous systems to interact with services and APIs.

• Provide strategic guidance on technical architecture, protocol selection, and commercialization strategy based on hands-on experience building or advising AI products that involve agent-to-agent communication, tool use, and real-world integrations.
• Advise on models and standards such as MCP, A2A, ACP, and related protocols; maintain awareness of evolving standards in the agentic ecosystem.
• Support venture development milestones in a flexible, hourly advisory capacity; potential to take on more direct venture leadership as opportunities evolve.

• Strong hands-on experience building or advising AI products that involve agent-to-agent communication, tool use, and real-world integrations.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent Protocol (A2A), Agent Communication Protocol (ACP), and related standards is highly valued.
• A strong personal and professional network in the agentic ecosystem is valued.

• Location: SF Bay Area team; remote location allowed anywhere in the US.
• Contract Rate of Pay: Part-time contract; hourly rate estimated between $150-$250/hour.
