Now hiring IT Technician
Location Riverside, CA
Pay Rate $30.36 - $40.41 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 6-month contract
Responsibilities- Provide help desk support: answer calls, create tickets, and resolve user issues
- Deliver remote desktop support and follow up on open requests
- Install, configure, test, and repair desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform system recovery procedures
- Assist with batch processing and routine IT operations
- Maintain technical documentation and support training materials
- Research hardware/software solutions and obtain pricing quotes
- Track, receive, and distribute IT equipment to users
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate records
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with desktop hardware, software, and mobile device support
- Basic networking and systems knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
