Job Overview
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented IT Administrator to be the backbone of our technology operations. Responsibilities- User Access Management:
Administer accounts, permissions, and security groups across Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPN, and endpoint protection. - IT Support:
Be the go-to contact for Tier 1–2 issues, resolving problems quickly and escalating when needed. - Systems & Infrastructure:
Troubleshoot, document, and standardize solutions to keep operations running smoothly. - Asset Management:
Procure, configure, and maintain devices, printers, and connected equipment while keeping accurate inventory. - Network Administration:
Manage wired, wireless, and VPN access for office and plant users. - Security & Compliance:
Monitor antivirus, email filtering, and enforce IT policies to protect company data. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify recurring issues, recommend enhancements, and support new technology rollouts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT preferred. - 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
