Summary:

The Quotations Specialist - Switchgear works closely with our Sales Team & Customers to quote and coordinate pre-bid takeoffs.  The position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills as well as technical expertise.  Quotations Specialist will be soliciting pricing from vendors and multi-tasking multiple project bid opportunities.

Reports to:

Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

+ A minimum of one year of customer service experience

+ Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems

+ Familiarity with Office Suite software

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

+ Working conditions will be standard for an office environment & warehouse.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Provide outstanding customer service through communication skills and technical ability.

+ Review specifications and electrical construction drawings

+ Be a resource for coworker with regard to design & technical questions

+ Perform take-offs for materials to be quoted

+ Create accurate and complete bill of materials

+ Work closely with the sales team to strategize on project quotes

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $40.86 to $40.86 hourly.
