This is a full-time, on-site role in Fresno, CA, for an Insurance Agent at Steele Insurance Agency, Inc - Fresno Region. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance advice, and selling various insurance products, including life, auto, property, and health insurance. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, preparing insurance quotes, assisting clients with policy selection, and processing insurance applications.

The role also includes managing renewals, handling customer inquiries, and working closely with the brokerage team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

• Strong background in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge and experience in Finance and financial planning
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored insurance solutions
• State-required insurance licensing or the willingness to obtain it
• Proficient in using insurance industry software and tools
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities
