Entry-Level Paralegal - Law Offices of Davis & VanWagenen; Fresno

The Law Offices of Davis & Van Wagenen is a personal injury law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law while working in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in person, by phone, and via email
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients (verbal and written)
• Assist attorney with personal injury case preparation
• Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic case files
• Draft and process correspondence and legal documents
• Track deadlines and support case timelines
• Manage multiple tasks while working efficiently under deadlines
• Collaborate with attorney and staff to ensure smooth case progression

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking preferred (verbal & written)
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
