Senior Trial Attorney

Overview

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join our trial legal team in the LA or Northern CA area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial law, with the ability to manage and lead complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Develop case strategies and conduct legal research to support case preparation.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants to gather evidence and prepare testimony.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to trial law.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of trial experience, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities.
