Duties & Responsibilities

• Select and retrieve order items from storage shelves or designated locations by using barcodes, serial numbers, SKU, etc.

• Picked items along with the tray can vary between 15-50 lbs.

• The tray must be picked up from table and set to cart for distribution.

• Update stock inventory after retrieving picked items.

• Managing stock control, including item replenishing and storage.

• Perform general warehouse duties when necessary.

• Positive attitude - have a positive can‑do attitude every day.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Must be able to multitask.

• Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form is required.

• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions.

• The employee frequently is required to walk or stand for long periods of time.

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Hiring Pay Range: 18.50 USD - 19.00 USD. The actual salary may vary within the range. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
