Warehouse Representative; Part Time

Job Summary

Part‑time Warehouse Representative – 5 days per week, 4 hours each day (20 hours total). Work either Sunday–Thursday 3PM–7PM or Tuesday–Saturday 3PM–7PM.

• Coordinate inspection, preparation, and distribution of customer equipment, including initial assessments and inventory organization.
• Oversee the shipment process, pack items, and handle loading/unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Perform regular inventory counts, document discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Enter data related to customer premises equipment (CPE) and stock into designated databases and systems.
• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation processes to ensure accurate tracking of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with field personnel to ensure timely issuance and return of equipment and materials.
• Support maintenance of warehouse organization and safety standards to facilitate efficient operations.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Education:

High School Diploma / GED (required).

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour.
