Fulfillment Coordinator

The Role

SPACEPANDA is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to run the day‑to‑day operation of our Fresno warehouse and keep our product releases shipping on time, every time. You will own the fulfillment floor, lead teams through release periods, and grow into a leadership position. You’ll work directly with the company Director and will own the process end‑to‑end.

• Receive, organize, track, and store incoming inventory and supplies
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule
• Run release‑based fulfillment for product launches, including high‑volume periods
• Lead fulfillment burst teams through release periods, coordinating, training, and setting the pace
• Assist with customer service, responding to and solving inquiries with clear, friendly, professional communication
• Manage the production of art prints and proofs to quality standards
• Maintain inventory levels; flag and resolve supply needs before they become problems
• Maintain and reset equipment (printers, label machines, workspace) between releases
• Prep kits and inventory ahead of upcoming releases
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring new ideas to the table

• Smart and motivated, able to pick things up quickly and not need to be told twice
• Open to learning and unafraid to try new things
• Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented; accuracy is essential
• Dependable and consistent, takes deadlines seriously and communicates early when risks arise
• Comfortable coordinating a team during busy release periods
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, packing, standing for extended periods)
• Willingness to learn software; will train on Shopify, Ship Station, Notion, and Google Drive
• Based in or able to commute reliably to Fresno, CA (on‑site)
• Available and flexible during release cycles
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or print experience is a plus but not required; training provided

• All releases ship on time and accurately, regardless of volume
• Inventory and supplies tracked and always sufficient
• Print and product quality consistently meets high standards
• Customers receive fast, friendly, helpful responses
• Workspace kept clean, organized, and ready at all times
• Burst teams well‑led, trained, and equipped for high‑volume periods

• $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
