Supply Chain Manager

Overview

Great opportunity to join a growing food production facility in Fresno, CA as our next Supply Chain Manager and become a key leader in building a strong, efficient, and high-performing operation.

This role will lead and oversee procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution operations. This role will drive the company’s supply chain strategy while ensuring efficient product flow, strong supplier partnerships, and continuous improvement across operations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

• Lead and manage procurement, production planning, shipping, receiving, and customer service operations
• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with company goals
• Establish KPIs and track performance using data and analytics
• Collaborate closely with plant operations, finance, and senior leadership
• Improve supplier management, order fulfillment, and inventory processes
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Ensure product traceability and compliance with regulatory standards
• Make strategic decisions to support profitability and growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain operations (ground, air, ocean, parcel)
• Solid financial and business acumen (P&L, inventory, costs, margins)
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects and process improvements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, and industry regulations

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Exposure to plant noise and varying temperatures (hearing protection required)

Base Salary Range
: $90-100k/yr.
