Branch Manager

In business for over 50 years, Valverde Construction, Inc is a leading California Union Engineering contractor. We specialize in underground utilities (wet and dry) as well as a burgeoning Traffic Management division. We are constantly evolving to lead the trade in technology to support our crews and our clients.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at Valverde Construction Inc. in Fresno, CA. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and manage the project management, project delivery and administrative teams, maintain customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling budgets, managing projects, optimizing resources, ensuring safety compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The Branch Manager will also be accountable for meeting performance goals and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Effective communication and leadership are critical to success in this role.

• Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and foster team collaboration
• Budget management and financial planning expertise
• Operational efficiency, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace compliance standards
• 5 years experience in Underground Utility project management, resource allocation, and strategic planning is required
