Our client, a high-quality healthcare services company focusing on fulfilling the medical supply needs of consumers and the caregiving community, is searching for an Area Manager to join their team in Fresno, CA.

Salary $70-85k base salary + semi-annual bonus opportunity + full comprehensive benefits

Job Summary Our client is looking for an Area Manager to oversee the overall sales, operations, and daily staff activities of their new San Diego, CA location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive overall performance to meet or exceed targets for revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to office teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, corrective action, and staff transitions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of service quality and provide feedback to customer support teams.
  • Prepare and execute semi-annual business plans tailored to the office’s objectives.
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Roll out company-wide sales initiatives with measurable goals tailored to local market demands.
  • Engage with local organizations and community groups to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust tactics to maintain a strong market position.
  • Provide sales coverage and support in territories that are temporarily unassigned.
  • Oversee workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and facility standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years leading customer service or operations teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets and hitting financial targets.
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to solve complex customer issues.
  • Skilled in financial forecasting and budget oversight.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of managed care or third-party payor programs is a plus.
