ResponsibilitiesABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Manager will play a central role in driving dealership success by:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
- Assisting in structuring and closing new and pre-owned vehicle transactions.
- Overseeing financing coordination and lender relationships.
- Supporting F&I performance and ensuring compliant disclosures.
- Forecasting and tracking monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Recruiting and training high-caliber sales professionals.
- Maintaining and exceeding the manufacturer's sales and customer satisfaction standards.
- This role requires a leader who can balance operational excellence, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering a premium client experience.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Minimum five years of automotive sales and management experience.
- Strong knowledge of dealership sales and finance processes.
- Proven leadership and team development ability.
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives.
