Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 base salary (bonus eligible)
Salary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the sales, operations, and day-to-day management of a Fresno-based sales office. This role has full P&L responsibility and is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in retail or branch management, sales leadership, and operational excellence. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, controlling expenses, developing high-performing teams, and executing market-specific strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage full P&L responsibility, including sales, expenses, and operating income
- Develop and execute semi-annual business plans and budgets
- Lead, coach, and manage office staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and terminations
- Implement corporate sales strategies with measurable, market-specific objectives
- Conduct monthly quality control reviews and ensure service excellence
- Maintain sales coverage for open or vacant territories
- Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to grow market share
- Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and facilities management
- Represent the organization within the local community to enhance brand visibility
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment
- Proven success managing budgets, operating income, and financial performance
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to resolve operational and customer issues
- Experience with financial planning and expense management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build, develop, and lead effective sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with managed care or third-party programs is a plus
