Branch Manager – Central Valley (Fresno, CA)
Hire Up Staffing Services is expanding our leadership team and looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Central Valley operations! This role is based in Fresno, CA, and manages the region from Bakersfield to Stockton, leading a dynamic sales and recruitment team that supports clients across multiple industries.

About the RoleThis is a hands‑on leadership position that combines sales, recruitment, and operational management. The Branch Manager is responsible for developing business, leading a team, and ensuring the success of clients and candidates throughout the Central Valley. You’ll play a key role in maintaining profitability, fostering team growth, and strengthening Hire Up’s presence in the region.
Core Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of recruiters and account managers.
- Manage branch operations including sales performance, client relations, and compliance.
- Conduct business development to expand existing client partnerships and secure new accounts.
- Oversee recruitment activities to ensure quality placements and excellent service delivery.
- Build lasting client relationships through regular onsite visits, networking, and proactive follow‑up.
- Monitor team KPIs, sales goals, and profitability metrics.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team culture in alignment with company values.
- 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry, with a proven record in sales or recruiting.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team in a results-driven environment.
- Strong ability to balance sales leadership with operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Confident, driven, and resourceful - with a “make it happen” attitude.
- Local market knowledge within the Central Valley is a plus!

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission + performance bonus (based on experience)
