Area Supervisor

Job Description

We are a growing, well-established pizza franchise group seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Supervisor to lead multiple store locations in the Palm Springs area. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and developing strong store management teams to drive performance and profitability.

• Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple franchise locations
• Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food quality, and customer service expectations
• Conduct regular food safety and operational audits
• Drive profitability through effective cost control (labor, food, and expenses)
• Manage inventory systems, ordering processes, and waste reduction
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and leadership teams
• Support recruiting, hiring, and training of store-level management
• Analyze key performance metrics and implement business improvement strategies
• Build a strong, positive culture focused on accountability and teamwork

• Required:
  
  Proven multi-unit management experience in the QSR or restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory control
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
