Set up extrusion lines/changeovers, or specific areas on machines such as drilling station, coiler, inserter, mandrel, die, etc., based on quality specifications to move the line into production;
Diagnose process problems, test, and coordinate the appropriate adjustments within a timely manner to reduce production downtime;
Report production delays and/or mechanical issues during the setup;
Review product quality when starting a new line startup to ensure production meets all QC specifications.
