• Operating CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans to understand the requirements of each job.
• Programming CNC machines to optimize performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Performing regular equipment maintenance to keep machines in excellent working condition.
• Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process and implementing effective solutions.
• Using mathematical skills to make precise measurements and calculations.
• Applying mechanical skills to assemble, repair, and modify mechanical components and systems.
• Performing quality control checks on all products, identifying defects and taking corrective action as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Complying with all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including lathes and mills.
• Strong knowledge of machine programming and the ability to optimize CNC performance.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance.
• Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Solid mechanical skills for assembling, repairing, and modifying mechanical components and systems.
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work night shifts.
