As the Mixing Operator Dry
, at our Growing Solutions Fresno, CA location, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring blending and grinding equipment to mix dry ingredients according to specified formulations. This role ensures the consistent production of high-quality blends by following precise instructions, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

• Operate and monitor dry blending and grinding equipment to mix ingredients as per production specifications.
• Accurately weigh, measure, and load raw materials into blending machines.
• Monitor blending times and speeds to ensure uniformity and consistency in the final product.

• Perform quality checks on blends, including consistency, texture, and appearance, to meet product standards.
• Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the product.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of blending and grinding equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues promptly.
• Notify the maintenance team of significant mechanical problems.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations, including proper handling of powders and chemicals.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.

• Record batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and production data accurately.

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in environments with dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of Production experience or equivalent technical education and work experience.

: $19.00 to $23.00
