As a Consulting Material Handler in our Manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our production processes. This position requires a detail‑oriented individual with a keen understanding of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for handling, storing, and maintaining raw materials and other components vital to our manufacturing process. This role demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.

- Stock, store, and maintain raw materials, work‑in‑progress, purchased parts, and assemblies according to dispatcher reports, BOMs, pick lists, customer orders, and job order listings (JOLs).
- Accurately pull materials for customer orders and internal job orders, verifying accuracy before delivery to Machining, Assembly, or Shipping departments.
- Transfer and transport materials to designated storage or production areas.
- Monitor shortage reports and fulfill material shortages as inventory becomes available.
- Perform inventory transactions including material receipts, cycle counts, stock adjustments, and inventory location updates using inventory management systems.
- Participate in routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Unload, uncrate, unpack, inspect, count, and weigh materials using forklifts or manual handling.
- Handle hazardous materials in accordance with established procedures (certification required).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
- Adhere to attendance, conduct, and safety requirements.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Data Entry, and File Management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle hazardous materials (certification required).
- Proven experience in inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate a forklift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards is a plus.
