Yield Monitor - DP- Belgravia; Nights

Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.35 per hour

Shift

Hours:

1:00AM - 9:30am + OT

(Additional $0.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Responsible for evaluating and documenting process results for Yield in the evisceration and packaging departments
• Responsible for communicating results to appropriate personnel when yield standards are not met.
• Responsible for participation in weekly yield meetings and correlating with the production group on downgrade product in comparison to USDA Grading standards

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Prefer bi-lingual
• Good overall work, safety, and attendance record
• Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with others.
• Good mathematical skills
