• Ability to accurately and efficiently aid the flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Interact professionally with customers, drivers and other employees.
• Ability to work well both independently and with others in a team environment.
• Maintain inventory databases and generate reports.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records of finished goods.
• Responding to inquiries regarding inventory of finished goods.
• Coordinate each period-end physical count of raw materials and finished goods; including accurate and on time paperwork and data entry is completed.
• Be available to receive phone calls at home and resolve inventory questions that occur off-hours.
• Enter production reports into the system.
• Enter transactions from shippers (product movement).
• Perform cycle counts of all finished goods locations.
• Keep inventory of bags used by production and place orders as needed.
• Keep inventory of sleeves used by vendors and make available to production daily.
• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Must be able to perform all functions of the Inventory Control Coordinator assistant in the shipping receiving area as available.

• Lift approximately 20 lbs repetitively.
• Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Operate forklift lifts.
• Tolerate hot, cold and dusty environments.
• Tolerate moderate to loud noise.
