• Assist with developing and maintaining nutritional and supplementary documentation for new products.
• Keep accurate records of nutritional data, formulations, and ingredient information.
• Support maintenance of ingredient, packaging, and finished goods specifications, updating files as needed.
• Help ensure compliance with food safety regulations and assist in staying current with regulatory and technological updates.
• Partner with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to maintain food safety standards in production.
• Assist in conducting shelf-life studies and preparing related documentation.
• Support packaging evaluations to ensure product protection and cost efficiency.
• Help prepare for and participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, agricultural science, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 2–3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or related role (agriculture/food production industry preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, GMP).
• HACCP Certification
