Location: Hacienda Heights, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)

Shift Schedule:

• Training Shift (1st Shift): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Regular Shift (2nd Shift): 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team in Hacienda Heights, CA. This position requires training on 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling parts and products while meeting quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products according to work instructions
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy
• Meet production quotas while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
