** What you'll be doing as a Stockroom Coordinator:*
* + Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming parts, materials, and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips

+ Accurately check off received items, identify discrepancies or damages, and resolve issues with suppliers or purchasing in a timely manner

+ Manage all shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of conformance, and other documentation

+ Label and organize parts with correct job numbers, project identifiers, and location codes for efficient warehousing

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment using proper inventory storage practices

+ Pull and stage materials for fabricators and production teams according to job requirements and schedules

+ Track and communicate incoming shipments, backorders, and material availability to production and project teams

+ Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the company ERP or inventory system

+ Prepare outgoing shipments of parts or finished goods as needed

+ Assist with inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve material flow

+ Follow all company safety protocols, especially those related to food-grade manufacturing environments

* Job requirements:

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus

+ 2+ years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

+ Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in record-keeping

+ Ability to read and understand technical drawings, part numbers, and bills of materials (BOMs) is highly desirable

+ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one

+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) and good written/verbal communication

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

+ Experience in a food equipment or regulated manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
