** What you'll be doing as a Fabricator / Welder:*
* + Fit and weld stainless steel sheet metal, tubes, and pipes to assemble food processing equipment

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper fitting and welding of components

+ Cut tubular components as needed to meet assembly requirements

+ Perform high-quality TIG and/or MIG welding on stainless steel materials

+ Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols

+ Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding

+ Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

+ Proficiency in TIG and/or MIG welding on stainless steel

+ Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit tubular components

+ Excellent attention to detail to maintain high-quality weld standards

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Experience in food processing equipment manufacturing or a related industry, such as nut, dairy, brewery, or sanitary process equipment

+ Knowledge of sanitary welding techniques and standards

+ Background in precision stainless steel fabrication for industries requiring high-quality welds

+ Background check and Drug test required
