- Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex instrumentation and electrical systems across the plant.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of plant equipment.
- Handle hazardous waste in accordance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT and HAZWOPER guidelines.
- Maintain inventory for process equipment and ensure parts availability.
- Support site projects including turnarounds, confined space entry and lockout/tagout.
- Conduct vessel inspections and keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
- Participate in emergency response efforts and implement response plans as needed.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a strong presence in the plant’s safety program.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in Electrical/Instrumentation & Control preferred.
- Verifiable technical training and work experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical and analytical skills.
- Solid communication skills and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and stand for long periods.
- Must be medically cleared to use SCBA and other respiratory equipment.
