Laser Welding Operator Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laser Welding Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating laser welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. The ideal candidate has previous welding experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Set up and operate industrial laser welding equipment.
• Weld metal components according to engineering specifications and production requirements.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily production and performance goals.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production delays to supervision.

• Previous laser welding or related welding experience required.
• Experience operating laser welding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
