Production Line Operator $19.44 per hour

Fresno - Compensation: USD 19.44 per hour
Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework.
- Operate a motorized forklift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Keep lines stocked with packaging materials.
- Complete appropriate paper related to the lines CCP’s, production, packaging materials.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment.
- Knowledge of basic operation of equipment on the line.
- Notify supervisor when line is down due to equipment or oil supply issues, report when equipment needs attention and resolve any observed quality issues while operating line.
- Proper start up, running and shut down of line.
- Basic Ammonia Operation, Votator/Perfector operation.
- Knowledge of process flow and ability to trace flow from source tank to filling process.
- Basic understanding of pumps, valves, filters, and heat exchangers.
Education
:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Related Experience
:
Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Equipment/Software Skills
:
Basic computer knowledge - data entry.
Physical
:
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights.

:
Good Sight & Hearing.
