Job Type: Temporary

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 5:00am – 5:00pm, 5:00pm – 5:00am

Location: Fresno, CA

• Adheres to and completes instructions of formulas provided.
• Weighs ingredients to ensure accuracy of specifications.
• Ensures that formulas and ingredients are combined to meet product specifications.
• Provides testing of ingredients through the cooking process.
• Measures and weighs raw materials; identifies raw materials for formulations.

• Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with kettle mixers, pumps, heaters, and electrical panels.
• Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements.
• Strong forklift and industrial equipment skills required.

• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong forklift or industrial equipment skills required.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
