Job Summary

We are seeking a Flat Laser Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Fresno, CA with a well-established metal products manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented CNC or laser cutting professional who enjoys precision work, hands‑on production, and being part of a quality‑focused team. The Flat Laser Operator will set up, operate, and maintain CNC flat laser cutting machines to produce accurate metal parts according to job specifications.

This position offers a stable production environment, supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and structured training through a registered apprenticeship program during onboarding. Candidates who take pride in safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement will have the opportunity to grow their skills and build a long‑term career in the metals industry.

• Set up and operate CNC flat laser cutting machines to produce precision metal parts according to specifications.
• Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures, along with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the work area.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, work orders, and job instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures.
